There seems to be a problem with the priorities of wuslims in the west and east alike. It came to my attention that apostates in Saudi Arabia permit these TV shows that depict serious Muslims as being clumsy, inept, dumb, and emotional. They deride them on Saudi television for fun! Then, in the west here, I can go on youtube and see where some wuslims have made fun of their Muslim brothers and sisters for seriously practicing Islam, mocking the appearance and the ways of them as if they are newly resurrected cavemen trying to adapt to the 21st century. But here's the thing, when I make fun of certain Christians for things they do, like mainly the false prophets and the preachers who lie and not so much the lay Christians, Muslims respond with "But we're not here to make fun of other religions! That's bad dawah, it will drive them away from Islam."

It's true that we're told not to mock their gods so they don't insult Allah, but that doesn't mean more than that. We still tell them their gods aren't actually gods and that they can't protect their own images. We still say they can't save them from hellfire on Judgment Day. We still tell them Allah is Lord, not their idols and pictures. And we still point out any folly in their ways, though there is a nice way to do it and a mean way. But the preachers who lie and their false prophets, the Christians themselves make fun of and mock! I mean, come on! David Koresh's ministry went up in smoke... literally! Christians mock his foolishness to this day! There have been false prophets who say that they hear God's voice and the world is going to end soon! Of course I'll mock them because their own scripture says "ye shall not know the day or the hour, but ye shall know the season." And since when did Muslims refuse to mock Christians and Jews who may actually need to be mocked a little bit, but then insist on mocking Muslims who are serious in their Islam? You gonna mock someone for their Islam but not a mushrik for his or her shirk?! May Allah expose your cowardice and hypocrisy for having not just a double standard, but a backwards one at that!
